I’m back from Spain! WOW Barcelona was so wonderful- and I took a ton of pictures. I’m going to break them up into a few segments for you guys, so it’s not overload.
I’ll start with one of my favorite highlights of the trip- La Boqueria market. This is one of the largest markets in the world and I was totally impressed. I think the pictures will speak for themselves!
Tons of meat and ham vendors
Fresh eggs
So many types of fresh juices- the colors are amazing, aren’t they?
I opted for pineapple and coconut- which one would you choose?
The produce was incredible and I ate quite a bit of it!
Countless seafood vendors with really interesting options- (Joe is standing next to barnacles)
The candy tower
My stash
A tiny flan shaped gummy- how cute!
Joe opted for meat on a stick instead of candy
While in La Boqueria we also ate lunch at a stand that was cooking up fresh seafood from the market.
Side of bread, fries, and a cold cervesa…pretty heavenly if you ask me!
I’m looking forward to sharing more from our trip..stay tuned!
Adios!
